Delta-Waverly Rotary Club Grant Policy: Grants are primarily intended to assist non-profit organizations and groups that are qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including those that support religious, charitable, scientific, public welfare, literary, educational or other such causes.  Grants are intended to support definitive projects by such qualified organizations and groups, with priority given to projects that may have a positive impact on the Delta-Waverly community directly, or indirectly, through innovation or cooperation between multiple organizations within the region.  Grants to individuals are generally limited to the DWR Foundation’s Scholarship Project.
