Laurie Lonsdorf is certified small business consultant and community champion who channels her entrepreneurial experience into a zest for helping others to start, run and market their companies. As the Regional Director of the Michigan Small Business Development Center at Lansing Community College, she has helped thousands of business owners to achieve their goals through one-on-one consulting and business training workshops. She draws from her past as a business owner, having worked with companies like Boeing, Microsoft, Comcast and Marriott Hotels — as well as many small and micro businesses — delivering marketing and copywriting projects through her Seattle marketing consultancy, Persuasive Communications.

Kelly Nicole Miller, Director of Philanthropy, Grater Lansing Food Bank

Kelly is a dedicated fundraiser with 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Kelly joined Greater Lansing Food Bank in 2017 as Development and Major Gifts Manager with the responsibility of directing and managing GLFB’s successful Building Hope Campaign along with increasing overall annual fundraising.

A native of mid-Michigan, Kelly is immersed in the Greater Lansing community; in addition to her work with GLFB she is a Past President of Junior League of Lansing, a former Board member and Board Chair of Junior League of Lansing, a member of Sparrow Foundation’s Women Working Wonders Committee, and a founding member of Edgewood Preschool’s PTO. Kelly is a member of the local Association of Fundraising Professionals group and has helped businesses improve their community outreach programs.

Prior to joining GLFB, Kelly was very active with local community fundraising committees for a variety of non-profit organizations in both Chicago and the Lansing area upon moving back to the area nine years ago.

Kelly lives in Okemos with her husband of nearly 20 years, Luke, their 11 year old daughter, Madeline, and their 14-years-young pup, Baxter. Surviving 2020 with coffee, wine, virtual yoga and many new plants.
